Everyone needs time on their own to recollect themselves and think about things that might be holding them back from moving forward. A couple of weekends ago, I got to spend the weekend at the Four Seasons in Brickell. It was an opportunity for me to get over situations that were really bothering me. In the morning I got my workout done in their state of the art gym, which overlooked the busy streets of downtown Miami. Later on I got to walk around the pool area, I sat and spoke to myself. I know I probably appeared as crazy, but I was only trying to let out everything I wanted to say to the person which whom I had an issue with. Try it sometime! If you're going through something with someone who has no idea what you're feeling, then simply tell yourself what you would tell that person. I felt such a relief after. I later walked back to my bedroom, showered and headed out to brunch with my family. All in one weekend I got to; recollect my feelings, overcome a situation, and realign my priorities. I recommend you take some time off for yourself, I promise it will boost your confidence and allow you to move on.
